Driver (CE)
Requirements for candidates:
— experience of working with trucks and semi-trailers (foreign cars), it is important: for drivers without the necessary experience of working with trucks-semi-trailers (foreign cars), an internship is provided;
— knowledge of the roads of Ukraine, filling out documentation forms during the transportation of products;
— knowledge of the truck construction.
Working conditions:
— regular business trips to the cities of Ukraine (Europe as well);
— salary is calculated based on kilometers traveled.

and training

The learning hub for adults is a free space for learning and development. Even today, the company's employees are actively learning and developing online and offline.
Every year, we perform strategic sessions where we sum up and plan our strategy for the year, every month the company's employees meet with a coach in groups and individually, weekly internal training takes place. The space will be open not only for employees, but also for everyone, just follow the news of the company.
02Driving school, professional development
Professional school for drivers, theory and practice, improvement of skills and advanced professional training. In order to cultivate professional drivers, in 2019, a Driving School for training CE category drivers was opened on the territory of the ATP. The training takes place in two stages: a theoretical part in the form of lectures by industry professionals and a practical part where drivers can improve their driving skills under the guidance of professional driving instructors. All graduates receive certificates. The best graduates are offered employment in the company.
03Work with mentors
For drivers with minimal experience, training and work under the guidance of an experienced mentor is provided. The company has employees who have worked for the company for more than 10 years, have traveled more than 100 thousand kilometers and are professionals in their field. As a part of the training of new employees, there is a mentoring program - a new employee has the opportunity to borrow experience, improve his professionalism and get adapted to our company .
